Yoga Therapy for Self Care

Join us the 4th Friday of every month for yoga therapy. Groups will begin and end with journaling and setting intentions for wellness and recovery. Charlene Smith, LCSW and Registered Yoga Teacher will be hosting our monthly groups. She is trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and works to make each group member feel comfortable no matter their goals or abilities. Email or call 801-657-0897 to reserve your spot. Open Art Studio for Self Care

Drop in or commit to weekly Open Studio Art Therapy for Self Care with Ali Ditola, Art Therapist. Open Studio for Self Care provides a space where people can explore life transitions, sadness, worry, recovery and relationships through the context of art work. To reserve your spot email or call the practice at the number listed on the profile. Groups will be ongoing and begin January 12th at 7 pm. Please call 48 hours in advance to reserve your spot. 10 % Discounts are given for 10 group punch passes.

Women’s Support Group

Come connect with other women and discuss a variety of topics including healthy relationships, self-compassion, and finding a balance in life and work. Group begins January 11th and requires a consult by our intern Kelly Goodrich. Email Kelly to request a spot in the group This is a group that meets weekly for 8 weeks.
