Claudia Wilson, owner and founder of ALL of NUTRITION and The Knockout Method, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Nutrition (CSSD) and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist/Trainer (CSCS).  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and her Master’s Degree in Nutrition from the University of Utah.
Claudia spent nearly 10 years as a sports nutritionist with the University of Utah Athletic Department and the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine as a clinical dietitian nutritionist.  During that time she also served on the U.S. Gatorade Nutrition Advisory Board and Speaker Network.
In private practice, Claudia continues to work with clients and organizations on a variety of issues including sports nutrition, eating disorders, intuitive eating, weight management, diabetes, allergies and intolerances, high cholesterol, healthy eating, meal planning, and other issues related to nutrition.

Sally Pfeiffer, AFAA, CPT

As owner and creator of PfeifferFitness Sally Pfeiffer’s mission is to improve the lives and health of her clients. Her experience as a dancer, weight training instructor, group exercise leader, corporate fitness director and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer for over three decades has uniquely prepared her to offer a wide range of health and fitness services that are tailored to individual needs and specific goals.

“I recognize that our bodies incorporate a unique set of strengths and challenges. No two individuals are alike, so why should your fitness program be just a copy of someone else’s exercise plan?”

She is devoted to providing coaching, cuing, support and guidance as well as helping her clients experience the pleasure of exercise. Sally excels at corrective strategies for clients with common dysfunctional patterns and athlete-specific training. She works in collaboration with doctors, physical therapists and healthcare specialists to ensure her individualized program meet the needs of her clients. Her energy and enthusiasm for fitness is focused on safe and effective fitness programming designed around proper alignment, breathing and control. Simply stated, Sally is committed to empowering her community to live well.
